Refund Policies
All products and services provided by Dimension Market Research are delivered primarily in electronic
and digital formats, which are non-tangible, instantly accessible, and technically reproducible. Due to
the nature of digital content and the associated risks of duplication, redistribution, or unauthorized use,
all purchases are governed by a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
Clients are required to complete all due diligence prior to purchase, including but not limited to
reviewing product specifications, scope of coverage, methodology, and deliverables. Any inquiries,
clarifications, or customization requests must be resolved before payment authorization. Once
payment has been successfully processed and electronic delivery has been initiated or completed, the
transaction shall be deemed final, irrevocable, and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional and verifiable circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Proven technical failure preventing access to the delivered content
- Billing errors attributable solely to Dimension Market Research
Any refund determination shall be conducted through internal review and approval procedures. The
decision to issue or deny a refund shall remain at the sole and absolute discretion of Dimension Market
Research and shall be final.
This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable
consumer protection laws.
